The character’s last name is obviously a cool nod to her role as Michael Myers victim “Lynda” in Rob Zombie’s 2007 Halloween remake. In the video Klebe posted on Facebook, which you can watch below, it is explained that “Jenny Myers” is “the girl next door,” described much like the typical “final girl” of a slasher film.
