Such is the risk one takes when purchasing from a digital store front. I know you want to install it from the store directly, but if none of the above work, you may have no other alternative. If neither of those work, you'd have to get a hold of the install file to side-load it, as u/spontaneous_spatula recommended.
You can navigate to your order history through the Google Play site (as u/youdude12 mentioned). I can't guarantee you'll be able to find it this way, but it's worth a shot. It makes finding links to games/apps you've purchased way easier, even if the app has been "removed" so the link is hard to find. You can download the app Purchased Apps from the Google Play store which organizes and displays all of your lifetime purchases from the store. The way I see it, there are two possibilities: I'm still getting multiple requests a week and still send this thing out to everyone who asks, so feel free to reach out! Resolution is kinda wack by today's standards, but for what is almost a 12-year-old file, that's to be expected.
